From 3 people with a vision and a storage unit in 2018 to a Pride of dedicated team members who strive to provide exceptional products, unmatched services, and competitive pricing day in and day out.
Beginnings
AFCAT Group Inc’s founder, Micheal Boulding, through his illustrious career in the insulation industry, noticed a lack of customer service and technology. Focusing on these two areas AFCAT was founded in 2018 with 3 people and a storage unit. AFCAT’s vision was to make the acquisition of insulation supplies and accessories easy by introducing technology to improve the teaching experience and industry-leading customer service to support our customers. Following these principles, AFCAT has built a brand based on service, technology, and quality products at competitive prices.
The name AFCAT, short for African Cat, comes from our founder’s roots of growing up in Southern Africa. Just like the African Lion Pride, joining the AFCAT Pride makes you part of the family.
Growth
Since our founding in 2018, AFCAT has seen incredible growth of 50% annually. With this growth, AFCAT has been able to expand to better service our customers with 2 locations (Dallas TX & Lakeland FL) and over 20 certified AFCAT dealers. We have no intention of slowing down and strive to continue to grow by adding new AFCAT locations, dealers, and products to improve our service and offering across the country to those who have trusted AFCAT as their supplier.
