Description
AFCAT Fireblock is a one-component, low-expansion (roughly 50%), and low-pressure foam used to seal windows, door-frames, and electrical boxes. AFCAT Fireblock PU gun foam will adhere to most buildings’ substrates to seal, insulate, and deaden sound transmission. It applies minimal pressure to jambs and windows to prevent bowing, while expanding enough to fill gaps and cracks that exist. AFCAT Summer Formula Fireblock is designed for wood-frame construction. It is easy to use and has a high yield compared to alternative insulating and sealing products, like standard caulk. A single can of AFCAT Fireblock gun foam can do the sealing work of 30 standard caulk tubes.
